Endoscopic Pituitary Surgery Pilot Action Dataset

The first public dataset containing action annotations of the endoscopic TransSphenoidal Approach (eTSA), consisting of 4 action annotations. The action annotations are given in the form: actions_{video_number}_{direction}.csv. The corresponding video can be found in the PitVis-2023 public dataset (https://doi.org/10.5522/04/26531686.v2), where the video is given in the form: video_{video_number}.mp4. The data is released under the governance of the UCL Institutional Review Board (IRB) (17819/011). The companion paper with comparative models is titled: "Action Classification for Endoscopic Pituitary Adenoma Resection: A Consensus-Based Study" (Starup-Hansen, Joachim et al.).
