This repository contains the data related to the article Segmentation of anatomical structures in chest radiographs using supervised methods: a comparative study on a public database, Bram van Ginneken, Mikkel B Stegmann, Marco Loog, Med Image Anal 2006 Feb;10(1):19-40 PMID: 15919232 DOI: 10.1016/j.media.2005.02.002 The JSRT database with the 247 chest x-ray images can be found here: http://db.jsrt.or.jp/eng.php The file formats are old or proprietary, but if you read the article I think you should be able to figure it out, if not, drop me a line. If you turned the data into a more convenient format, feel free to contact me and I can add it to this repository.
