Diurnal time mouse kidney bulk RNA-seq

24 mice (both sexes) were dissected in the middle of the active and inactive periods (ZT6 and ZT18) without treatment. The study aimed to compare the different properties of the kidney between the two time points. Overall design: Deidentified total RNA from mouse kidney samples, collected during the middle of the active and inactive periods, was used to generate cDNA libraries using 100 ng of RNA with the Illumina platform.
