Transplanted (healthy) and explanted human heart tissue sections (affected by different heart failure etiologies) were investigated for gene expression differences by using the Spatial Transcriptomics technology. Overall design: Spatial transcriptomics analysis of biopsies from normal and hypertrophic, dilated and ischemic cardiomyopathy patients.
