The file *pca1_awards* contains information on 210 cases processed by the Permanent Court of Arbitration through 2020. It includes 138 arbitration cases posted by the PCA in its website plus 72 arbitration cases identified in additional sources. It excludes acts of conciliation, mediation, and other ancillary proceedings, as well as cases in which both parties were nonstate actors. The file *pca3_dyad_years* contains 294 observations (state-beneficiary-years) including 36 compliance events for 54 relevant cases.
