To reveal influence of anesthesia in toxicogenomics study, gene expression analysis of liver of Sprague-Dawley rat after isoflurane anesthesia or CO2/O2 anesthesia was performed. The liver samples were excised from each rat after isoflurane anesthesia or CO2/O2 anesthesia. The gene expression profiles in liver were measureed by Agilent microarray.
为揭示麻醉操作在毒理基因组学(toxicogenomics)研究中的影响,本研究对经异氟烷(isoflurane)麻醉或CO₂/O₂麻醉的斯普拉格-道利(Sprague-Dawley)大鼠肝脏开展基因表达分析。所有大鼠在完成对应麻醉后均切除肝脏样本,其肝脏基因表达谱通过安捷伦(Agilent)基因芯片完成检测。
