Gene expression profiles in liver of Sprague-Dawley rat using two types of anesthesia.

To reveal influence of anesthesia in toxicogenomics study, gene expression analysis of liver of Sprague-Dawley rat after isoflurane anesthesia or CO2/O2 anesthesia was performed. The liver samples were excised from each rat after isoflurane anesthesia or CO2/O2 anesthesia. The gene expression profiles in liver were measureed by Agilent microarray.为揭示麻醉操作在毒理基因组学（toxicogenomics）研究中的影响，本研究对经异氟烷（isoflurane）麻醉或CO₂/O₂麻醉的斯普拉格-道利（Sprague-Dawley）大鼠肝脏开展基因表达分析。所有大鼠在完成对应麻醉后均切除肝脏样本，其肝脏基因表达谱通过安捷伦（Agilent）基因芯片完成检测。
