In order to investigate the molecular mechanism by which BmSPP regulates BmNPV proliferation in the silkworm, Bombyx mori. We performed transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) of whole-body tissues from BmSPP-knockout (BmSPP-KO) and control (BmSPP-WT) silkworm larvae at 48 hours post-infection (hpi) with BmNPV.
