Cellular Dynamics of Mature Osteoblasts

Bone lining cells (BLCs), a quiescent state of osteoblasts, serve as a potential source for bone formation. However, their reactivation remains largely unexplored due to the lack of specific histological markers and their thin distribution along bone surfaces. In this project, we investigated comprehensive profiles related to cellular dynamics of osteoblast differentiation into BLC and BLC reactivation by integrating osteoblast-specific lineage tracing mouse models and various RNA-seq tools.
