Exdem: Effect of physical exercise on physical and mental health in nursing home residents with dementia.

This is a SPSS-file with the data from the EXDEM-project. EXDEM was an RCT carried out in, and around, Oslo 2012-2013. The intervention group exercised twice a week for 12 weeks, while the control group did light physical activities and social activities. Exercise program me was based on the HIFE-program, and was led by physiotherapists in small groups.<br>Main outcome: Berg balance scale<br>Other outcomes: 30 seconds chair stand test, Barthel Index (ADL-function), Walking speed, Mini mental state examination (cognition), QUALID (quality of life), Cornell (Depression) and Neuropsychiatric Inventory.
