Photos taken of the bottom trawl catches during the 2017 Arctic IERP cruise in the Chukchi and Beaufort seas during August and September 2017.

These data are part of the Arctic IES component of the Arctic Integrated Ecosystem Research Program (IERP), sponsored by the North Pacific Research Board (NPRB), Collaborative Alaskan Arctic Studies Program (formerly the North Slope Borough/Shell Baseline Studies Program), Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM), and the Office of Naval Research Marine Mammals and Biology Program. These files are images of the bottom trawl catches taken before or shortly after beginning of sorting the catch. The files are .jpg images. Each image is named for the Beam Trawl haul number: BT_haul_64 = Beam trawl haul number 64. Beam trawl haul numbers can be associated with CLAMS event numbers and station numbers using the file "BeamTrawlDeploymentData" located in the bottom trawl folder on axiom.
