US Geological Survey (USGS) Global Multi-resolution Terrain Elevation Data 2010 (GMTED2010)

The Global Multi-resolution Terrain Elevation Data 2010 (GMTED2010) is a global digital elevation model developed collaboratively by the U.S. Geological Survey and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. It provides elevation data that represents the Earth's surface topography and is derived from various aggregated data sources including satellite-based observations and land surveys. This enhanced the resolution and accuracy of the data and improved upon the previous GTOPO30 dataset.
