Photograph of the interior of a barbershop at 262 North Vermont Avenue, Los Angeles, California, USA, circa 1920. There is a beauty parlor in the rear of the store with a walled partition. To the left are a row of shoe shining stalls and large wicker chairs that serve as a waiting area. Opposite are a row of barbers chairs with sinks lined up against the wall. Mirror line the walls about halfway up. On shelves at the base of the mirror are several glass bottles with tonics and solutions. Parital view of a glass display case is in the right foreground. There is an ink inscription on the reverse: "Well Dad here is the shop..." first line. Photograph is in good condition with minor creasing.
