Dataset for "A Community Resilience Index for Place-based Actionable Metrics"

Capital and total BRIC scores calculated for South Carolina following the methodology described in the cited manuscript. Actionable constructions are customized for South Carolina and conventional constructions follow previous methodologies for BRIC calculation. Capital scores are the average min-max score of the raw variables in BRIC. Raw variables include some proprietary information and are therefore not included in this public dataset. All capital scores range from 0 to 1, and all BRIC scores theoretically range from 0 to 6 (the sum of all capital scores).
