Poultry fecal Metagenome

This study aims to understand the shift in poultry gut population along the growth of the birds which are fed with organic diet or conventional diet. The samples are divided into two broad groups: Organic group containing 6 samples, and Conventional group containing 5 samples each. The first sample in organic group serves as a control for both the experiments.The major relevance of this study is to identify those genera which if modulated will lead to a better, high performance broiler without causing any harmful or deleterious effect for human consumption.
