Salivary gland and proventriculus radial intensity

Two folders contain data for proventriculus (Proventriculus.zip) and salivary gland (Salivary gland.zip) nuclei. Each folder has two subfolders with measurements of wild-type (wt) and LamA25 mutant nuclei split by experiment. Each .csv table in the subfolders contains radial fluorescence intensity data for an individual nucleus. The tables consist of the X and Y columns, where the X column comprises the radial position (in pixels) and the Y column comprises the integrated radial intensity in the corresponding positions. The integrated radial intensity is shown in default conventional units generated by “Radial profile plot" ImageJ plugin, which is a sum of the pixel values around a circle within the nuclear disk divided by the number of pixels in the circle where intensity is measured.
