The spatio-temporal evolution and influencing factors of resilience of county-level cities in the East China Sea coastal zone based on "background-operation-efficiency"

The East China Sea coastal zone, as a frontier area for China's land and sea economic development, has significantly increased urban risks under the background of high-intensity development. Studying urban resilience can provide a basis for mitigating human activities and natural disaster impacts, and is of great significance for the sustainable development of coastal cities in terms of social and economic development. Taking into account both resilience and resource and environmental costs, a "background operation efficiency" evaluation system is constructed to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of resilience in county-level cities in the East China Sea coastal zone. Geographical detectors and spatiotemporal weighted regression models are used to explore the influencing factors of resilience system operation capability.
