Under the specified charging and discharging regimes, this dataset analyzes the discharge voltage attenuation, temperature control performance under start-up discharge, and change rates of corresponding parameters of the HJ12L motorcycle starting battery, aiming to evaluate the performance attenuation, stability analysis and service life prediction of this type of battery under long-term cyclic discharge conditions. 1. Data Source Cyclically record the 65A 2s discharge voltage and the internal temperature of the battery for a total of 36000 cycles under the specified charging and discharging regimes. 2. Data Processing 2.1 Real-time Early Warning Based on the performance requirements for the 2s discharge voltage and internal temperature of the starting battery, monitoring thresholds are set to enable intelligent early warning. The cyclic test will be terminated if the discharge voltage drops below 8.0V, or if the internal temperature of the battery exceeds 40℃. 2.2 Performance Attenuation Change Rate The following formulas are adopted to calculate the performance attenuation change rates: (1) Discharge voltage change rate = (Discharge termination voltage - Discharge end voltage) / Discharge termination voltage; (2) Battery internal temperature change rate = (Battery termination temperature - Battery internal temperature) / Battery termination temperature; At the end of the test, if no early warning is triggered throughout the 36000 cycles, the discharge termination voltage and battery termination temperature will be extracted from the data of the 36000th cycle. If early warning is triggered during the cyclic test, the data collected at the time of early warning will be used as the discharge termination voltage and battery termination temperature. 3. Data Application By analyzing the discharge voltage attenuation of the motorcycle starting battery, the temperature control performance under start-up discharge, and the change rates of corresponding parameters, this dataset supports the evaluation of performance attenuation, battery performance stability analysis and service life prediction of this type of battery under long-term cyclic discharge conditions.
