Data and code for Mineral-omission and temperature contrasts in the muon response of IFMC-derived preparations
收藏资源简介:
Analysis-ready numerical detector counts and reproducible Python analysis for archived muon spectra of IFMC-derived preparations measured at J-PARC MLF, MUSE D1, on 23–24 January 2020 under proposal 2019B0321. The release accompanies the manuscript by Tomohiro Akiyama and Takamichi Hirata, Mineral-omission and temperature contrasts in the muon response of IFMC-derived preparations. It supplies 76 selected acquisitions, numerical timing and sample metadata, analysis and plotting source code, reference numerical outputs, mathematical verification and reproduction instructions. A NumPy/JSON adapter enables reproduction without the MUD C library. The analyses quantify observed specimen and temperature-condition contrasts and conditional calibration requirements; they do not establish a phase transition, a unique physical mechanism or biological causality. Data and non-code documentation are CC BY 4.0; project code, including source embedded in JSON, is MIT. Third-party implementations, original free-text headers, research notebooks and proposals are excluded. The present reanalysis and manuscript preparation were supported by JSPS KAKENHI Grant Number JP26K24025 (Grant-in-Aid for Challenging Research (Exploratory)). The original experimental programme originated in the Research Center for Mineral Crystal at Tokyo City University, established with donations from Teikoku Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The company provided donation only and had no role in research design, preparation or provision of experimental specimens, analysis, manuscript preparation or publication decisions.
