You must do so at the link above before downloading. Version history v2 supersedes v1 to make the pipeline bit-reproducible: the SyN registration is now seeded the processing environment is pinned exactly (Python 3.12.3, dipy 1.9.0, antspyx 0.5.4, nibabel 5.3.2, numpy 1.26.4). Independent runs of the v2 pipeline produce md5-identical output (203 files).
