Walnut WTP_Mexico

Data were collected using a face-to-face structured questionnaire survey conducted in March–April 2023 among 501 walnut consumers over 18 years of age in four cities of the State of Puebla, Mexico.
The surveyed individuals were the main household food buyers and had purchased and consumed walnuts. Our sample was representative of the population of Puebla, Mexico. A sample size with 95% confidence and a precision level of 10% was estimated.
