RNetLogo models of butterfly movement

This is R code and a prearranged dataset provided for running the IBMs described in 'Behavioural modes in butterflies: their implications for movement and searching behaviour' Link: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0003347220302682?casa_token=G-JfoRu4OLEAAAAA:m89mdy1XH8_QCQ71AtKAqg7tzRUJAU2rh4WdfLoylomMDZ60UOJ8TZNUZcjo4zSRTWQcIZQi9g The code is for three different random-walk models: a mode-switching model, a version including intraspecific variation, and another assuming homogeneity between individuals. This was used to explore how different assumptions about behavioural rules for butterflies impact our predictions of their movement rates.
