In this lab, dataset 1 required you to lay out 25 quadrats. Within the 25 quadrats, the plant species were counted, the number of physical plants excluding grass were counted, and an estimate of how much grass covered the ground within the quadrats. The quadrats were laid out in a vertical linear pattern in 2 columns starting from the edge of the meadow.
