In this study we characterized the transcriptional effects of SEMA6D treatment in WT and TREM2 KO human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived microglia (iMGL) using RNA-seq. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for WT and TREM2 KO iMGL under SEMA6D treatment or no treatment.
