Raw Data for Physicochemical, Antioxidant, and Sugar Composition Analyses of Selected Southeast Asian Honey Samples

This dataset contains the raw analytical measurements and processed data supporting the manuscript entitled: “Comparative Evaluation of Physicochemical Properties, Bioactive Compounds, and Sugar Composition of Southeast Asian Honeys.” The dataset includes: Raw triplicate measurements used to calculate mean ± standard deviation values; Physicochemical parameters of honey samples from Karangasem (Bali, Indonesia), Jambi (Sumatra, Indonesia), Sumbawa Island (Indonesia), and Banggi Island (Sabah, Malaysia); Antioxidant-related measurements including total phenolic content (TPC), total flavonoid content (TFC), and DPPH radical scavenging activity; Sugar composition data including fructose, glucose, sucrose, maltose, and total sugar content; Supporting data corresponding to Tables 2 and 3 presented in the manuscript. The dataset is provided in Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format for transparency, reproducibility, and future comparative honey quality studies.
