Column headings are consistent with terms in the manuscript. Jar, block, family, generation refer to experimental jar, experimental block, host family and host generation. Parayear refers to the year when parasites were sampled from the wild (year 1 or year 2). Famsize refers to the number of host genotypes per family (two where there is an asexual and a single sexual genotype; three when there is an asexual and two sexual genotypes). D.perjar is the number of host Daphnia per jar; infected the number of infected hosts and uninfected the number of uninfected hosts. Spd refers to the density of parasite spores per infected Daphnia.
