Greenhouse gas fluxes (CH4, N2O) collected between 2013-2016 at EucFACE facility, under elevated CO2 conditions

This dataset was used for analysis in the paper entitled "Rainfall frequency and soil water availability regulate soil methane and nitrous oxide emissions from a native forest exposed to elevated carbon dioxide". The study was conducted at the Eucalyptus Free-Air CO2 Enrichment (EucFACE) experiment in Sydney, Australia. Methodology can be found in the manuscript. The data set is in excel format with multiple spreadsheets: metadata, site data, rainfall summary 2013-2016, nutrients 2013-2016, GHG 2013-2016_1554 fluxes. Rainfall data comprises monthly indices from the 30 days prior to flux collection. Nutrient data comprises quarterly measurements between 2013-2016. GHG flux data comprises monthly collection between 2013-2016 of pseudo replicates within each CO2 ring in a total of 1554 fluxes.
