Effect of depletion of OASIS on gene expression in primary cultured mouse astrocytes during DNA damage response.

To investigate the roles of OASIS/CREB3L1 in astrocytes during DNA damage response, we established OASIS wild type and deficient primary cultured mouse astrocytes treated with or without anti-cancer drug doxorubicin. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 4 different cells. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for OASIS wild type and deficient primary cultured mouse astrocytes and the cells treated with doxorubicin.
