Hamas-Israel Dataset (HIB and HIA)

This dataset comprises social media data sourced from Twitter and Reddit, divided into two temporal stages: pre-Hamas-Israel conflict and post-Hamas-Israel conflict, with a primary focus on analyzing the toxicity levels of the included content. Beyond providing toxicity score annotations, the dataset also investigates shifts in toxicity and other textual attributes of social media discourse during the pre- and post-conflict periods. The core research task for this dataset is to predict toxicity and other textual features based on social media posts from the two temporal phases surrounding the Hamas-Israel conflict.
