资源简介:
Chemoresistance is an important cause of treatment failure in bladder cancer. Screening effective drug resistance genes and developing new therapeutic strategies are expected to overcome tumor drug resistance. The present study uncovered a potential chemoresistance-associated gene, OIP5, which promoted gemcitabine/cisplatin chemoresistance in bladder cancer. Mechanistically, OIP5 enhanced the transcription factor activity of YBX1 by recruiting the E3 ubiquitin ligase TRIP12 to bind to and degrade the phosphatase PPP1CB.
