Dataset of "LiXCuSnYSZ Thin-Film Prepared by Pulsed Laser Deposition as a Potential Photovoltaic Material"

We prepared thin-film with composition LiXCuSnYSZ by pulsed laser deposition as potential non-toxic and water-stable photovoltaic materials. The resulting layer is of brownish colour demonstrating the existence of a bandgap at 1.6 eV. Correspondingly, photoluminescence was detected at 1.57 eV. Finally, the layer on glass exhibited also photoconductivity, proving to be a good candidate for photovoltaic material.
