The Community Healthcare Resources Dataset of Guiyang is derived from rigorous grassroots field investigations, covering two complete time snapshots: the end of 2016 and the end of 2018. The research team conducted comprehensive and systematic data collection through multiple approaches, including on-site visits to all community medical institutions, widespread distribution of questionnaires to collect residents' feedback, and close collaboration with health administrative departments, hospitals and other relevant stakeholders. The dataset boasts extremely detailed content, covering the quantity, geographical distribution, scale, department setup, medical equipment inventory and technical advancement level of community medical institutions, as well as the quantity and professional qualifications of medical and nursing staff. It also includes information such as community residents' preferences for medical needs and daily healthcare-seeking behaviors. This dataset provides critical support for analyzing the developmental changes of Guiyang's community healthcare resources across these two years, the imbalance of resources across different regions, and evaluating whether healthcare resources align with residents' health demands.
