Physicochemical evidence of cell membrane stiffening induced by COX-2 inhibition: correlation with behavioral studies

This repository contains raw source data that has been collected and published in the form of an article. AFM-QNM images were collected using atomic force microscope (AFM) (Dimension Icon XR microscopeBruker, Santa Barbara, CA, USA). All images are unmodified and contains 8 different channels each (including topography and DMT modulus). All charts included in Figure 1. and 2. are presented in the form of tables located in separate files.
