Included files: (1) GPX4-AF-A0A0A0MTT1-F1-model_v6_model1.pdbqt: GPX4 protein structure in PDBQT format (prepared with assigned charges and polar hydrogens). (2) BOL-MOL008076_out.pdbqt: BOL ligand structure in PDBQT format (optimized with rotatable bonds defined). (3)BOL-GPX4 complex.pdb: docked complex structure in PDB format, representing the predicted binding pose of BOL with GPX4. All files are named according to their function and are ready for visualization or re‑analysis using standard molecular docking software (e.g., AutoDock Vina, PyMOL, or Discovery Studio). 5、Research Data: Molecular Dynamics Simulation (ZIP archive) Complete trajectory and parameter files for the 200‑ns MD simulation of the GPX4–BOL complex, including RMSD, RMSF, Rg, SASA, and hydrogen bond occupancy data.
