R script that implements the haplotype-based GWAS to map epidermolysis bullosa. Description: R script that reads haplotypes, SNP-positions, eigenvectors and phenotypes to perform a haplotype-based association study. A small dataset to perform the association study between epidermolysis bullosa in 43 VWD animals and haplotypes on chromosome 22 is provided in the Additional files 3, 4, 5 and 6.
