Differentially represented ASVs identified with ALDEx2

Sets of differentially abundant ASVs identified using ALDEx2 in each experimental variant described in Golebiewski et al. "<b>Colonization of axenic beet by rhizosphere bacteria takes place in discreet phases regardless of bioinculation with next generation bioinoculant</b>". Files are in the tsv (tab separated values) format. Experimental variants are contained in file names in the form of S/R/L.S1/S2.B/C/M.early/late, e.g. S.S1.B.late. S - soil samples, R - roots, L - leaves; S1 - soil 1, S2 - soil 2; B - genotype B (<i>B</i><i>eta vulgaris</i> ssp. <i>vulgaris</i> cv. 'Bravo'), C - genotype C (<i>B. vulgaris</i> ssp. <i>vulgaris</i> cv. 'Casino'), M - genotype M (<i>B. vulgaris</i> ssp. <i>maritima</i>); early - early status, late - late status. Name of the variable defining compared groups is included in filenames after an underscore, e.g. _Inoculation.
