"The presented dataset consists of 1,000 head phantoms derived from a\r\nsingle NEVA female phantom obtained from an MRI scan (available upon\r\nrequest at https:\/\/www.nevaelectromagnetics.com\/vhp-female-v2-2). Each\r\nphantom comprises four tissue boundary surfaces (brain, skull, inner skin\r\nand outer skin) given in stl format. The first generation of phantoms is\r\ngenerated by parameterizing NEVA brain model via spherical harmonics and\r\nperturbing the expansion coefficients. Remaining head tissues are deformed\r\nin unison with the brain, with further anatomical variability introduced\r\nthrough low-order spherical harmonic modulations. To mimic genetic\r\nrecombination, the second generation of phantoms is created by combining\r\nthe phantoms from the first generation and adding stochastic variation to\r\nenrich the dataset diversity. Phantoms from both generations are included\r\nin the presented dataset.\r\n\r\nThe phantom generation process is fine-tuned to produce significant\r\nvariations among created head models, both geometrically and in terms of\r\nelectromagnetic response. Thus, the presented dataset supports the\r\ntraining of artificial intelligence models in medical imaging\r\napplications.\r\n\r\nIn addition to the dataset, a user-friendly application for rapid\r\ngeneration of user-defined number of human head phantoms is supplied."
