Spectra 1, 3, and 5 are biological reperitions of MALDI-TOF-MS analysis of N-glycans from melanocytes (HEMA-LP cells) after EEA derivatization of sialic acid.
Spectra 7, 9, and 11 are biological reperitions of MALDI-TOF-MS analysis of N-glycans from primary melanoma cells (WM793) after EEA derivatization of sialic acid.
Spectra 13, 15, and 17 are biological reperitions of MALDI-TOF-MS analysis of N-glycans from metastatic melanoma cells (WM266-4) after EEA derivatization of sialic acid.
