We characterized the effects that the the withdrawal of the EZH2 inhibitor, GSK343, has on Karpas-422 CXCdel cells Overall design: For RNA-seq preparation, the Karpas-422 CXCdel cells grown continuously in GSK343 (1 µM) were subjected to drug removal (DMSO 0.1% v/v) or continued GSK343 (1µM) treatment for 72 hours. Upon completion of the treatments, RNA was isolated and sequenced to assess changes in transcription.
