Personnel Profile Records were created from the CHRIS (Complete Human Resources Information System) payroll system and ACCESS. The records summarise the employment and service history of an employee including profile reports and employee history cards in some instances.The reports comprise loose papers, printouts, folders and personnel leave cards where a profile did not exist in the payroll system.The records are arranged in numerical order and feature the employee name, employee number, date of birth and other details.
