Whole genome sequences of 36 Campylobacter jejuni and 21 Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli (STEC) isolates, collected from three dairy farms in Finland, 2011-2015
The genome sequence of the Escherichia coli isolate was obtained using Illumina sequencing by synthesis technology. Genomes were assembled with shovill/SPAdes.
