Water Quality and Microbial Parameters of Breeding Sites of Aedes albopictus

These datasets consist of water quality and microbial parameters of breeding sites of Aedes albopictus Dataset 1 contains information on the overall breeding site environment. It includes details of the container type (such as plastic, glass, and rubber tires, categorized as natural or artificial), the location type (indoor or outdoor), and several water quality parameters. The measured water quality parameters are pH, temperature (°C), dissolved oxygen (DO, ppm), conductivity (µS), and total dissolved solids (TDS, ppm). In addition, larval density was recorded as the number of larvae per liter of water. Dataset 2 contains microbial parameters measured in colony-forming units (CFU per mL). Along with these microbial counts, the dataset also includes the water quality parameters from the same breeding sites and body size measurements of the emerged adult female mosquitoes originating from those sites.
