On 22 November 2025, the Hon. Dudu Fwamba Likunde Li-Botayi, Minister of Finance for the Democratic Republic of the Congo, endorsed the Yaoundé Declaration, adding his country’s voice to this important regional initiative, to leverage the fight against illicit financial flows through transparency and exchange of information for tax purposes.
