Irish Building Energy Rating Database - (Cleaned 05/10/2023)

Found in the database of the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland, other than occasional erroneous entries, when a field is unknown the chosen default imputed values used are based on pessimistic estimates. Especially with the economic bounce back in Ireland, these values have become unrepresentative and skewed. It was determined that a more representative alternative be used. Research into this has provided a cleaning methodology that can be used to extract and process information the database.

This dataset contains a cleaned pull from the BER database that occurred on the 5th October 2023.
