All lakes larger than 1km<sup>2</sup> from 2000 to 2019 in the Yangtze River basin were obtained. Which are shapefile files, and the area of each lake was calculated (based on the Asia_North_Albers_Equal_Area_Conic projection). The data volume is 257MB, compressed into one file (65MB).
