D. melanogaster, CyO balanced lethal second chromosomes

This dataset includes whole genome sequence data from wild derived balanced (second chromosome) stocks of D. melanogaster. Wild flies were collected between 2018 and 2021 in Durham, NC and a series of crosses with CyO balancer stocks were performed with each to determine if it carried a second chromosome that is lethal when homozygous. If lethal, the second chromosome was maintained in a balanced lethal stock with CyO. This dataset are the raw fastq files from a subset of those lethal lines that were sequenced using PacBio Revio (and one with Illumina).
