Project: Illiterate adolescents

Youth-Friendly Health Services (YFHS) centers in Rwanda were established to bridge the gap in information and services related to reproductive health. However, limited research has explored the challenges faced by illiterate adolescents in accessing sexual and reproductive health services. This study examined the accessibility and utilization of adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH) services within YFHS among illiterate adolescents in Rwanda. A total of 150 illiterate adolescents were selected through convenience sampling. Additionally, a checklist was utilized to assess 16 YFHS centers.
