Arbuscular mycorrhizal inoculation and cover plants in de-sealed urban soil as strategies for mitigating anthropogenic volatile organic compounds

Metabarcoding data of fungal and bacterial communities from soil collected from a pot experiment with Cynara cardunculus plants, C. cardunculus plants inoculated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, Trifolium plants, and pot with onyl spontaneous flora. The used soil originated from a de-sealing process in a urban area in Prato municipality (Italy).
