The effect of the genotype and phenotype of rice (Oryza sativa) on the root-associated microbial community

The root microbiome is a key biological entity that intereact with the host plants affecting the plant growth, but the key factors of the host plants controlling the root microbiome are still far from full understanding. In this study, we investigated the community composition of root-assodiated prokaryotes and microeukaryotes of rice plants to study the interaction between the genotype/phenotype of rice and microbial community.
