The study of microbiome composition is showing positive indication for the utilization in the diagnosis and treatment of many conditions and diseases. One such condition is the autism spectrum disorder (ASD). In this study, we analyzed a dataset of 60 children's gut microbiome 16S rRNA sequenced samples from Bosnia and Herzegovina. The 16 samples in the dataset were from the neurotypical children (control group), while 44 were from the children with ASD symptoms.
