通过对销售数据进行汇总,筛选出使用人民币交易的客户,计算其销售金额总数,比较不同客户销售额占销售总额的占比数据,用于评价不同客户的购买需求量,对不同等级的客户类型制定相关产品生产方案和客户维护关系方案,最大化企业利益。通过财务软件导出EXCEL表格销售数据,其中价税合计=数量*单价,并应用sumif函数公式准确查找出销售客户的销售总额,应用公式如下sumif=(区域,条件,求和区域),应用sum函数公式计算公司销售总额,然后计算占比情况,公式如下:占比情况=该销售客户销售总额/总销售额*100%,用于评价销售客户的购买水平。如占比超过5%,则给与“A类”客户的等级,如占比在1%-5%,则给与“B类”客户的等级,如占比在1%以下,则给与“C类”客户的等级。

This dataset is constructed by aggregating sales data, filtering out customers who conduct RMB-denominated transactions, calculating their total sales amounts, and comparing the proportion of each customer's sales to the total corporate sales. The purpose is to evaluate the purchase demand of different customers, formulate targeted product production plans and customer relationship maintenance strategies for different customer tiers, and maximize corporate profits. Sales data is exported from financial software in Excel format, where total price including tax = quantity × unit price. The SUMIF function with the formula SUMIF(range, criteria, sum_range) is applied to accurately retrieve the total sales amount of each sales customer, while the SUM function is used to calculate the total corporate sales. The sales proportion is then calculated using the formula: Proportion = (Total sales amount of the target customer / Total corporate sales) × 100%, which is used to evaluate the purchase capability of sales customers. Customers with a proportion exceeding 5% are categorized as "Class A" customers; those with a proportion between 1% and 5% are categorized as "Class B" customers; and those with a proportion below 1% are categorized as "Class C" customers.
